1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By placing an order with Oshana Designs, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website or services.
2. PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
2.1 Custom-Made Products
All abayas and related products sold by Oshana Designs are custom-made to order. Production time is approximately two weeks, though this may vary based on order volume and other factors.
2.2 Product Descriptions
We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and specifications. However, slight variations in color, fabric texture, or appearance may occur due to screen settings and the handmade nature of our products.
2.3 Pricing
All prices are listed in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Prices applicable to your order will be those displayed at the time of purchase.
3. ORDERS AND PAYMENT
3.1 Order Acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance by Oshana Designs. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity.
3.2 Payment
Payment must be made in full at the time of order placement. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.
3.3 Order Finality
All orders are final once submitted and processing begins. Orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded after processing has started.
4. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
4.1 Shipping
- Free shipping within UAE (Standard: 2-4 business days; Express: 1-2 business days after production)
- International shipping costs calculated at checkout
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary
4.2 Risk of Loss
Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
4.3 Uncollected Orders
Orders selected for in-store pickup must be collected within 90 days from the shipping date. Uncollected orders will be considered abandoned with no refund.
5. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
5.1 No Returns Policy
Due to the custom-made nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on completed orders.
5.2 Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will assess the issue and provide appropriate assistance, which may include alterations or replacements at our discretion.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and designs, is the property of Oshana Designs and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our express written permission.
7. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
7.1 Accurate Information
You are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information. Oshana Designs is not liable for delivery issues resulting from incorrect information.
7.2 Account Security
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Oshana Designs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.
9. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
9.1 Customs and Duties
For international orders, you are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees. These charges are not included in our pricing and are non-refundable.

You are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in your country regarding the import of our products.

Oshana Designs shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, or government actions.
14. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
