At Oshana Designs, each abaya is carefully designed and quality-checked before dispatch. Due to the nature of our products, we operate a strict no-refund and no-exchange policy.

Please read the policy below carefully before placing your order.

No Refunds / No Exchanges

All sales are final.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges under any circumstances.

This applies to all items, including sale or promotional purchases.

We encourage customers to review product descriptions, size details, and images carefully before completing their purchase.

Size Alteration Service
If your abaya requires a size adjustment:
We offer a one-time size alteration service. But remember, a long length abaya can be shortened. But a short abaya cannot have the length increased. So please be very sure about the size submission.

The customer is responsible for a shipping and handling charge of AED 35 for the alteration process.

Alterations are subject to feasibility based on the original design and fabric.

To request an alteration, please contact us within a reasonable time after receiving your order, along with your order number.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos. Once verified, we will resolve the issue accordingly.

Important Notes
Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for alteration.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Oshana Designs reserves the right to decline alteration requests that fall outside our policy.
